Wow, as soon as I saw the Ravella blouse in Sky blue on an advertisement, I knew that's what I had been looking for this season. However, I couldn't find the blouse when I went to the website. I emailed the Ravella team and someone responded with how to find the blouse (it was seasonal so it was located in a different place on the website). Unfortunately it was not in my size and it didn't appear that they would be restocking it since it was seasonal, so I ordered the next size up hoping it would fit. When I received it, it was gorgeous, but just not quite the right fit. I decided to return it and opt for a different option. I noted this on the return form. The next day someone called me and said that they had seen my note, and looked into their physical inventory and had found my size! They were able to change my order and shipped it to me. I receive it today and it is perfect. The quality is wonderful and the color so beautiful. Also more importantly, throughout 3 customer service interactions, every single one of them was so kind and helpful. Truly personalized customer service. You can tell they really care. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again and truly can't wait to enjoy my new blouse! Thanks Ravella team!
