Returned items must be new and unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags intact. Items must be neatly folded and returned with all original packaging and receipt.

  • Remember to neatly fold your return items and ship them back in clean, unworn, original, perfect condition within 7 days from when the return is initiated.
  • Return all original packaging and include your order receipt with a detailed reason for return noted on your receipt.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for your return/exchange to be processed once we receive back your return package.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • DO NOT REMOVE TAGS AND RETURN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT. KEEP CLEAN AND UNSTAINED. Items should be neatly folded and carefully packed. Items in disheveled condition, or with stains, visible wear or with tags removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense without refund.

  • "Final Sale" items or orders purchased with store credit / Gift Card are not eligible for return or exchange, including the Rêve Silk Sleep Eye Mask and Hope Silk Face Mask.

  • We strictly cannot accept any return, exchange or replacement requests after 14 days from delivery. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

  • Returns shipped back in disheveled, heavily wrinkled or worn condition, or without original packaging or tags are subject to a minimum $10 servicing fee per item, or may be returned back to the customer without refund. Please ship items back in original packaging; do not use oversized boxes.

  • Returns cannot be processed without a prior return authorization through our Returns Portal or by email at ciao@shopravella.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, not eligible for dispute or chargeback, and may not be shipped back to the customer except in special circumstances at the customer's expense.

  • Returns cannot be processed without a detailed reason for return (e.g. which specific areas didn't fit). Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive back your return package. We cannot process returns or issue refunds until the return item is received back.

  • Shipping charges for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and international shipping charges & duties are non-refundable. International orders outside the U.S. are final sale and non-refundable - with no exceptions. Cancelled international orders are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

  • Ravella is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.

  • Accounts observed or deemed to have multiple, repeated or excessive returns are subject to a $10 return shipping & re-stocking fee per item. For such accounts, Ravella reserves the right to refuse any returns or reduce the refund amount by $10 per returned item.

  • Any re-ordered items of the same style that were previously returned/exchanged are strictly Final Sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.

  • Cancelled or suspicious orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Attempted orders from flagged accounts and any associated accounts with prior warnings are subject to immediate order cancellation and a $20 fee. Ravella reserves the right to cancel any orders with a $10-$20 fee or apply 'Final Sale' order terms for flagged customer accounts or associated accounts with previous excessive returns, illegitimate chargebacks, previous warnings or other fraudulent activity. Any such fees are not eligible for refund, chargeback or dispute.

  • Please note we cannot provide any returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, seam or button hardware damage.

  • Please note orders that are returned back to us due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order, attempted deliveries, or for deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, will be subject to a $20 service charge and any shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order.

  • Customers who choose not to follow the fit recommendations of our Fit Concierge team will be subject to a $10 re-stocking fee for size-related returns or exchanges.

  • We offer one exchange per order. One prepaid shipping label will be provided for each order. All items for return or exchange should be shipped back together in one package. Additional return packages are subject to a $10 return shipping fee per package.

Ravella reserves the right to refuse any returns or reduce the refund amount for returns that do not meet the above requirements. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to you at your expense without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
