Eligible for all U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery (except Final Sale items).
Items must be new, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached and original packaging and receipt included. See below:

Return Policy (U.S. Orders)

  1. How to Return:
    - Start a return through our Returns Portal or by email at ciao@shopravella.com.
    - Free return shipping label will be provided for eligible U.S. returns.
    - Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refund or dispute/chargeback.

  2. Return and Exchange Window:
    - Requests must be made within 14 day of delivery.
    - Items must be shipped back within 7 days of the request.

  3. Processing:
    - Refunds incur a $10 processing fee (waived for exchanges or store credit).
    - Please allow 7–14 business days for refunds after receiving your return.

Eligible Items:

  • All items (except “Final Sale”) can be returned or exchanged if new, unworn, in perfect condition, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  • Returns that are disheveled, wrinkled, or missing tags/packaging may incur a $10–$20 fee or be returned without refund.
  • Ship items in original packaging; do not use oversized boxes. Place branded boxes inside a shipping box or pouch—do not attach labels directly to branded boxes.
  • DO NOT REMOVE TAGS, AND INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT. Keep items clean, unstained, neatly folded, and carefully packed. Returns will not be accepted if items are disheveled, worn, stained, or have missing or cut tags.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • “Final Sale” items, purchases with store credit, Cashmere Socks, Rêve Silk Sleep Eye Mask, Hope Silk Face Mask, and any worn, washed or damaged items.
  • Shipping charges, duties, and re-ordered items of the same style that were previously returned/exchanged.
  • Items accidentally damaged caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, seam or button damage.


Delivery, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy:

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered.
  • We can not take responsibility for packages not being delivered due to the wrong shipping address entered. If found, packages returned due to an incorrect address incur a $20 fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • One exchange/return per order is allowed with a prepaid return label provided, and all items must be shipped back together.
  • Orders canceled by the customer are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
  • Ravella may cancel orders or apply "Final Sale” terms to flagged or suspicious accounts, including those with excessive previous returns, or may be cancelled with a $20 fee.
  • Chargebacks or disputes are invalid for return processing or cancellation fees, pre-orders shipped within the quoted time frame, or returns held by Ravella for less than 14 business days.
  • International orders are final sale and non-refundable.


Ravella reserves the right to refuse any returns, reduce the refund amount or issue store credit instead of refund for returns that do not meet the above requirements. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Customers who choose not to follow the fit recommendations of our Fit Concierge team will be subject to a $10 re-stocking fee for size-related returns or exchanges.

  • Returns cannot be processed without prior return authorization through our Returns Portal or by email at ciao@shopravella.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, not eligible for dispute or chargeback, and may not be shipped back to the customer except in special circumstances at the customer's expense.

  • Returns cannot be processed without a detailed reason for return (e.g. which specific areas didn't fit). Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive back your return package. We cannot process returns or issue refunds until the return item is received back. Chargebacks or disputes are not valid if returns have been received back for less than 14 business days.

  • Shipping charges for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and international shipping charges & duties are non-refundable. International orders outside the U.S. are final sale and non-refundable - with no exceptions. Cancelled international orders are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

  • Ravella is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.

  • Accounts observed or deemed to have multiple, repeated or excessive returns are subject to a $10 return shipping & re-stocking fee per item. For such accounts, Ravella reserves the right to refuse any returns or reduce the refund amount by $10 per returned item.

  • Any re-ordered items of the same style that were previously returned/exchanged are strictly Final Sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.

  • Cancelled or suspicious orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Attempted orders from flagged accounts and any associated accounts with prior warnings are subject to immediate order cancellation and a $20 fee. Ravella reserves the right to cancel any orders with a $10-$20 fee or apply 'Final Sale' order terms for flagged customer accounts or associated accounts with previous excessive returns, illegitimate chargebacks, previous warnings or other fraudulent activity. Any such fees are not eligible for refund, chargeback or dispute.
