SHIPPING & DELIVERY (U.S. orders)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) for in-stock items (excludes pre-orders). Weekend and holiday orders ship on Monday or the next business day. Select your preferred shipping method at checkout:

Standard - USPS Priority: FREE 3-5 day shipping for most orders via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Delivery time not guaranteed. 

Ground - UPS Ground:  Ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $10 for your entire order. Best option for less urgent orders with delivery typically within 1 week. Arrives 2-7 business days after placing your order - by end of day (1 day processing + 1-6 days shipping depending on distance). Contact us for specific estimated delivery times to your address. No deliveries on weekends or holidays. 

Expedited - UPS 2nd Day: Ship via UPS 2nd Day for a flat rate of $30 for your entire order. Arrives 3 business days after placing your order - by end of day (1 day processing + 2 days shipping). No deliveries on weekends or holidays. Place your order as early as possible to avoid unexpected delays. 

Expedited - UPS Next Day: Ship via UPS Next Day for a flat rate of $45 for your entire order. Arrives 2 business days after placing your order - by end of day (1 day processing + 1 day shipping). No deliveries on weekends or holidays. Place your order as early as possible to avoid unexpected delays. 

 

Please note: Expedited shipping charges for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day are non-refundable. USPS Priority and UPS Ground shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to 14 days. For urgent orders, please place your order as early as possible and select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day. Ravella is not responsible for lost items once items are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and/or signed for if required. Signature confirmation may be required for your order, particularly larger orders. 

Orders that are returned back to us due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order, or for deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, will be subject to a $15 service charge. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside U.S.)

We offer expedited international shipping via DHL Express for a flat rate of $45. Orders arrive in 4-7 business days. At this time, all non-U.S. orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (U.S. only)

Not satisfied with your purchase? Return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

DO NOT REMOVE TAGS AND RETURN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Items with stains, visible wear or with tags removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense without refund. 

Returns for refund have a $10 processing fee, which is waived if you opt for an Exchange or return for store credit.

Upgraded shipping charges for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and International shipping are non-refundable. Non-U.S. orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Ravella reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be shipped back to you at your expense without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
