Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Weekend and holiday orders ship on Monday or the next business day. Select your preferred shipping method at checkout:
US Shipping via USPS Priority: FREE 3-5 day shipping for most orders via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. U.S. only.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Ship via UPS 2nd Day Air for a flat rate of $25 for your entire order. Arrives 3 business days after placing your order (1 day processing + 2 days air shipping). No deliveries on weekends or holidays. Place your order as early as possible to avoid unexpected delays. U.S. only.
UPS Next Day Air: Ship via UPS Next Day Air for a flat rate of $45 for your entire order. Arrives 2 business days after placing your order (1 day processing + 1 day air shipping). No deliveries on weekends or holidays. Place your order as early as possible to avoid unexpected delays. U.S. only.
International Shipping: We offer discounted shipping via DHL and USPS Priority Mail.
Please note: USPS Priority shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to 14 days. For time sensitive orders, please place your order as early as possible and select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Shipping charges for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are non-refundable. Ravella is not responsible for lost items once items are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and/or signed for if required. Signature confirmation may be required for larger orders.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS (U.S. only)
Not satisfied with your purchase? Return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new original condition with all original labels and packaging intact.
DO NOT REMOVE TAGS AND RETURN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Please note shipping charges for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are non-refundable. At this time all orders outside the U.S. are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Returns or exchanges after the 14 day period will not be accepted. Items returned stained, unclean or noticeably worn will not be accepted.
