UPS 2nd Day Air: Need it sooner? Ship via UPS 2nd Day Air for a flat fee of $15 for your entire order. 2 business days guaranteed (Mon-Fri). U.S. only.

UPS Next Day Air: Last minute event? Ship via UPS Next Day Air for a flat fee of $35 for your entire order. Next business day guaranteed (Mon-Fri). U.S. only.

International Shipping: We offer discounted shipping via DHL and USPS Priority Mail.  

Please note: USPS Priority shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to 14 days. For time sensitive orders, select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Shipping charges for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are non-refundable. Ravella is not responsible for lost items once items are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and/or signed for if required. 



Not satisfied with your purchase? Return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new original condition with all original labels and packaging intact.


Please note shipping charges for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are non-refundable. At this time all orders outside the U.S. are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Returns or exchanges after the 14 day period will not be accepted. Items returned stained, unclean or noticeably worn will not be accepted.

Ravella reserves the right to refuse any returns of items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
